Until now, there has been a strict separation of training materials and resources from the actual customer presentation shown in the sales talk. This also makes sense, because the customer should not be confronted with training content and receive resources only when needed.
But actually the salesperson needs the tips and help from the training or further information DURING the customer presentation. However, it should be avoided that the customer sees what the trainer recommends and what additional information there is or how the counterpart is assessed.
We need to move away from a simple screen sharing where everyone has the same view of the content (online e.g. zoom or offline view a screen together).

What if the salesperson sees more than the customer?
Only two different views of a content help here: On the one hand, a pure presentation view for the customer and, on the other hand, a view for the salesperson, with help / controls / additional information / elements.
The salesperson would have an information advantage at all times and could dynamically adapt the presentation invisibly for the customer.
It should not matter whether the customer is nearby with another iPad, using a large screen via Apple TV or participating online.
With a second iPad, participants have their own touchscreen input media. This actively involve the customer in the presentation.
In addition, there is no need to have a suitable infrastructure as in a conference room, because the two iPads bring their infrastructure and are ready for use anytime and anywhere.
Let’s imagine that not just one iPad, but multiple iPads could participate. Let’s also imagine that another participant cannot be on site, but still wants to participate actively. We should be able to integrate it online, not only as a passive spectator, but just like everyone else in the room as an active participant who can also serve interactive elements.
